TLTteam worked with the University of Toronto on the reading assessment series of studies for early Childhood Development Centres and junior primary schools. This is a longitudinal study involving collaboration between Ministry of Education and the research teams from TLT. The tasks involve translation of the household survey instruments into local languages and back-translations to ensure fidelity. The research managers and data teams oriented and trained the teachers and field supervisors on the study protocol. Questionnaires were programed and loaded into Android Samsung Tablets for data collection. TLT fielded the household survey data collection and provided oversight and quality assurance for all reading assessment data collection activities between 2018-2020.
